Required book: Royster & Blumm, Native American Natural Resources Law (2d ed).
The Tribal Law and Government Conference is scheduled for Feb 11th and 12th and several of the presentations are relevant to this course. You are required to attend (or listen to podcast) of 3 hours of the conference. Please check the conference agenda and register (no charge to students) so we can more accurately estimate the number of attendees.
